    The Cockhaven Arms, Bishopsteignton
    • Haldon Moor (3¼ miles): Superb views over the Teign Estuary from the hills above the village, and remnants of a historic Bishop’s Palace. [GPX]
    • Luton (3½ miles): Devon heathland, farmland and woodland, with a pretty village midway. [GPX]
    • Shaldon (4¾ miles): A stretch of coastline, a pretty village at the mouth of the Teign and some pleasant inland farmland. [GPX]
    • Stokeinteignhead & Maidencombe (7¼ miles): A lovely village and a Brunel memorial, plus dramatic clifftop walking and superb views. [GPX]
